Customer Experience

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delays.  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping fees and courier may vary depending on your country or region. 

PRE-ORDER

Please allow 2-5 weeks for all pre-order items to be shipped.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Envy happily accepts returns for wrong or faulty items to exchange only within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests must be submitted via email to nisa@envy-intimates.com with images/videos attached. 

Photo proof must be included with you return inquiry or it will not be accepted.

A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

At this time, we do not issue refunds for any orders. All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery

  • All items must be sent back in their original condition with no signs of wash, wear, or damages; no deodorant, perfume, make-up or other stains, etc. 
  • Any shipping fees associated with return to exchange orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return to exchange that shows signs of wear or does not meet every requirement.
  • Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

    All items are final sale with the exception of exchanges.

     

     Envy Intimates is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must contact the courier directly to submit a complaint.
    We do not cover any return to exchange costs unless expressly stated. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
